Cara and Brady Lonsdale are a husband and wife team, working together to build their Real Estate portfolio.
Cara has held an active Real Estate license in the state of AZ since 1997, and in CA from 2004-2008. She is highly experienced in identifying and evaluating potential projects, including ARV for fix & flip potential, rental rate and cash flow potential, BRRRR strategy, rehab budgeting, and project management for the projects that She and Brady take on, as well as providing project management for her Real Estate investor client's projects.
With over 29 years of Real Estate experience, 24+ years of personal Real Estate investing experience, and a team of contractors and subcontractors who play a vital role in each project, Cara is highly qualified to take on projects of all levels including light to full remodels.
Lonsdale projects are organized, well planned, and budgeted with the end goal in mind.
