When we received Windrose back after a Tenant turnover, we took another look, and decided that we wanted to finish what we started back in 2015 to prepare the property for sale, and make this property sparkle like so many of our projects do. 

We started by replacing all of the windows and sliding glass door with brand new dual pane windows and doors.  We then completely overhauled the landscaping by adding a sprinkler and drip system with automatic timer, adding a lush lawn in the backyard with a paver border, and filled in several planters with new plants and flowers to beautify the yard. 

We vented the laundry room in order to make it an interior room of the house instead of a separate room off the family room, separated by an exterior door.

We painted the interior (again) and the exterior. We replaced both  bath vanities again.  They were originally black with a beautiful blue vessel sink, but this time we though crisp white vanities would look so much better.   We also refinished the tub/shower in the hall bath.  We finished it off by installing new mirrors and towel bars.

We completely remodeled the kitchen including re-configuring it from a peninsula to an L-shape and adding new white shaker cabinets including an island and pantry.  We added a quartz sink, and sparkling White Disco quartz countertops.  We completed the kitchen with a new stainless microwave to match the other newer stainless appliances, and added hardware to the cabinets.
