This property was a probate sale with water damage, and all of the previous occupant's belongings inside. It was dirty, original, and ready for a makeover. We removed the popcorn ceilings, fixed some electrical, replaced all the flooring with tile in all common areas, and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. We refinished the counters in the kitchen, added new fixtures, and cleaned it up. In both bathrooms, we installed new vanities, added a decorative tile wall, refinished the tub/shower, and added new fixtures and mirror. We painted the whole house inside and out, added a new side gate, and did a complete refresh of the backyard landscaping.
